IshqyBusiness is a cultural fine art brand rooted in the concept of Ishq — a Sufi term for a love that transcends the self. We create and curate art prints that remember: portraits, places, and symbols from stories that deserve to be held on your walls.

Do you sell original artwork or prints?
We sell fine art prints of original artworks. These are available in a variety of formats including art prints, framed art prints, canvas prints, and framed canvas.

Are your artworks hand-painted or digital?
Our artwork is created digitally — but with the intention and visual texture of traditional mediums like oil paint, gouache, or mixed media. Each piece is crafted to feel sacred, rich, and timeless.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us at admin@ishqybusiness.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped shortly after. Average delivery times:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out by joining our email circle.

What sizes do your prints come in?
Our artwork is available in a wide range of sizes. Each product page includes a detailed size dropdown menu. We currently offer vertical, horizontal, and square formats.

Do the frames come ready to hang?
Yes. All framed art prints and framed canvas options come with hardware already installed — ready to hang right out of the box.

Will the colors look the same in person?
We work closely with our print partners to ensure accurate, vibrant color reproduction. That said, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and print method.

🔁 Returns & Support

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email admin@ishqybusiness.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase and we’ll do our best to help.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please email us at admin@ishqybusiness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
