IshqyBusiness is a cultural fine art brand inspired by Ishq — the Sufi word for love that transcends the self. We create and curate soulful art prints that honor memory and meaning: portraits, places, and symbols from stories worth holding on your walls.

Do you sell original artwork or prints?
We offer fine art prints of original artworks — available in art prints, canvas, and framed canvas formats.

Are your artworks hand-painted or digital?
Our artworks are crafted digitally, with the visual richness and texture of traditional mediums like oil paint, gouache, and mixed media. Each piece is designed to feel sacred, timeless, and full of story.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, email us at admin@ishqybusiness.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all products delivered within the US, UK, and most regions. For select countries or remote areas, additional charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes in vertical, horizontal, and square formats. Each product page has a size dropdown menu with detailed options.

Do the frames come ready to hang?
Yes. Our canvases and framed canvases arrive with hardware already installed — ready to hang right out of the box.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We work closely with our print partners to ensure vibrant, true-to-artwork colors. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and print techniques — but every piece is checked for quality and beauty.

🔁 Returns & Support

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at admin@ishqybusiness.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at admin@ishqybusiness.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at admin@ishqybusiness.com.
