Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your artwork, but if for any reason it isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unmounted, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back — any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please send your package to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We recommend returning your original item first, then placing a new order for the desired piece once your return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no reason required, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
