Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your artwork ships.

You’ll receive a tracking number at the email you provided as soon as it’s on its way.

Prints are wrapped in protective tissue, then securely packed in a sturdy mailer or rolled into a durable tube — so it arrives just as beautiful as it left.

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason it isn’t right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your piece must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at admin@ishqybusiness.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items? Please contact us as soon as you receive your order so we can make it right.

Some exceptions apply: we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Our prints use FSC-certified or recycled paper and are shipped in eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. We’re committed to leaving a lighter footprint as we create beauty that lasts.
